Ordering
For your convenience, Organochem offers 3 different methods to place an order:
Online, through our website: Search for a compound, pick the package size and quantity, and add to the shopping cart. After the login/registration Checkout is fast and easy. See How to Order Online for a walkthrough.
Email: Please include Organochem catalog #, chemical name, package size or quantity, price, and preferred shipping method in the e-mail (sales@organochem.net).
Phone: Our sales and service team welcome your calls from 8 am to 4 pm (CET) (+36-1- 793-3383).
Payment
Organochem accepts Purchase Orders (Net 30) and Visa, Master Card, American Express cards. Payments may be made securely through PayPal. A proforma invoice will be sent to you and upon receipt of payment, your order will be shipped out. Freight charges are prepaid by Organochem and added to the invoice unless otherwise specified.
Shipping
We primarily use FedEx and TNT but readily accommodate all other major carriers. You may also provide your own shipping account. Order today and receive your products in 2 to 5 business days via International Shipping.
